The customer service is unacceptable; during conversations, if they can't resolve an issue, they just stop replying. The information provided through email differs greatly from what’s communicated via messaging, suggesting either dishonesty or a lack of knowledge among the staff. Currently, my package is delayed by 21 days, and my requests to cancel the order due to a 9-day shipping delay have been completely ignored. Nine days! Additionally, the company seems unable to address the fact that express shipping to New York is no longer available. Be prepared to wait nearly three weeks for your items.
