A package of soft pretzels was given as a gift and delivered while I was away on vacation. I opened it three days later to find the sealed pretzels covered in mold. There were no instructions indicating they were perishable or needed immediate refrigeration. When I contacted them via email, they ignored me and instead responded to the gift giver, placing blame on her. This is unacceptable, especially after five days, and it seems the mold must have originated from their facility.
