I ordered a mix of pretzels with various flavors, but identifying them without checking the descriptions was challenging. Each mini pretzel was nearly stale, lacking the taste and crunch of some commercial brands available in stores. To make matters worse, the company inundates you with daily email promotions after placing an order. Unsubscribing from one site leads to emails from another, creating a frustrating cycle. While the product was lacking and the email solicitations were bothersome, I gave an extra star for the timely delivery of my order.
The website is not easy to navigate or efficient. I placed an order for $175 worth of pretzels and paid for expedited shipping to ensure they would arrive by Christmas. Unfortunately, they did not arrive as promised, which was quite embarrassing as I had intended to give them as gifts. It's now December 28, and I'm still waiting for my pretzels! I feel I should receive a refund for the shipping costs and some form of compensation for not receiving my order.
