We ordered a pretzel delivery for a month out to be there close to Xmas day. The delivery was done in three or four days, almost a month early. I emailed them about it and they instantly replied saying they were sorry for the mistake and offering me a 50% refund (the recipients were already eating the pretzels lol). They followed through the next day and the refund processed into my account on Sunday. Mistakes happen but excellent responses like this are not common. Bravo!
