The website is not easy to navigate or efficient. I placed an order for $175 worth of pretzels and paid for expedited shipping to ensure they would arrive by Christmas. Unfortunately, they did not arrive as promised, which was quite embarrassing as I had intended to give them as gifts. It's now December 28, and I'm still waiting for my pretzels! I feel I should receive a refund for the shipping costs and some form of compensation for not receiving my order.
