I purchased a Theraback and initially it seemed to work well. I completed the 90-day trial period without any issues and was reasonably satisfied. However, just 23 days after the trial ended, the Theraback stopped working completely.Trying to contact Prevalnt was extremely frustrating. They did not respond to messages sent via their website or by email. I only received a reply after I referenced my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, pointing out that the product was not of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose. After three emails, their final response was simply that I had 90 days to return the product and that period had passed. This is very disappointing — I reasonably expected the product to last far longer than just a few weeks beyond the trial period. It’s also worth noting that Prevalnt appears to only publish 5-star reviews on their website, which gives a highly biased and misleading impression. After researching further, I found many similar complaints about poor product quality and lack of customer service, suggesting my experience is not unusual.Overall, I would not recommend this product or company based on durability, transparency, or after-sales support.
