This company are a nightmare. The back massager turned out to be unsuitable I contacted them 3 times by email and on the website contact form. Eventually I was sent a return label but no instructions on how to arrange collection or drop off. I have since tried to contact them but I am not getting a response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Do not purchase from this company, I ordered the back massager and it arrived 3 weeks later. It wasn’t suitable so I initiated a return and was sent a label. I returned as directed and tracked. It was successfully returned but I have not received a refund. Now in the hands of my credit card company..
I purchased a Theraback and initially it seemed to work well. I completed the 90-day trial period without any issues and was reasonably satisfied. However, just 23 days after the trial ended, the Theraback stopped working completely.Trying to contact Prevalnt was extremely frustrating. They did not respond to messages sent via their website or by email. I only received a reply after I referenced my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, pointing out that the product was not of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose. After three emails, their final response was simply that I had 90 days to return the product and that period had passed. This is very disappointing — I reasonably expected the product to last far longer than just a few weeks beyond the trial period. It’s also worth noting that Prevalnt appears to only publish 5-star reviews on their website, which gives a highly biased and misleading impression. After researching further, I found many similar complaints about poor product quality and lack of customer service, suggesting my experience is not unusual.Overall, I would not recommend this product or company based on durability, transparency, or after-sales support.
I ordered the Theraback on 26th November and it arrived very quickly but it was not suitable for my condition, there was no instructions or safety leaflet. I requested a refund on 12th December and they replied to my email saying it was approved on 15th December and they would send a returns label. Since then I have heard nothing from them although I have emailed them frequently. This has to be a scam. It is a lot of money to lose
Like the previous reviewer I was beginning to think that I had been scammed - the item was deemed to have been dispatched but I could not get any information about it arriving at Royal Mail. I emailed the company twice but did not receive any replies and was waiting for the 14 days to be up since ordering the equipment so that I could complain to the bank. However - the equipment finally arrived today - I had perhaps anticipated an arrival within the timescale provided!! Can't speak for how good the equipment is yet as I've only used it once and I think it will take a few sessions to be beneficial. I have contacted the company to suggest that they improve their customer services.
As most of the reviews on here, I received a faulty massager. After emailing and filling in their contact form, I've still not received a reply. Today I've filled in a charge back form on my credit card site. You have to prove you have tried to contact Prevalnt and claim within 120 days. I hope this helps people who have not thought of doing this. It is a lot of money to loose.
The item i bought had no health warnings on their advertisements. However there was a leaflet giving instructions for use. This unfortunately was not suitable for my health conditions so I asked about returning it. They replied no problem and since before Christmas they haven’t answered my emails. I kept trying and one day they apologised for poor customer service and that I would be refunded in full within 10 days. They didn’t even want the item returned. Said I could give it to a friend. Since then. 6th Jan Ive had no response other than answering my emails with a return email with no content. I got another email after 10 days saying it would be another 10 days till the money would be in my account. These people should be closed down and made to reimburse those they have not dealt with in. An honest way. Hopefully my bank can retrieve my money and report them to the police. Im pissed off at this terrible service
