I've previously found great items at low prices from them, but their pricing model has changed, resulting in inflated prices with a 50% discount for purchasing five items. I decided to try it, but when the package arrived, the main item I wanted was missing, and another was in poor, unwearable condition. However, customer service was quick to respond and refunded the missing and faulty items, which has restored some of my trust in them.
I have bought items from them before without issues, but today I was let down by receiving a garment that was clearly very dirty. It had a strong odor, and I am baffled that anyone thought it was acceptable to send it. This will likely be my last purchase from them.
My order was sent to a different location and returned. Now I'm being told that I refused it at 'my address.' They seem disingenuous and respond with automated replies to any inquiries, making it a frustrating experience. The support from the platform has been lacking, despite their claims of customer service. I won't be trading with them again.
