I am compelled to express my dissatisfaction regarding an unauthorized annual fee on my subscription and the refusal to issue a refund, even with clear proof that I did not continue using the service after my trial. My trial commenced on 25/12/2025, and I ceased all usage afterward. Despite this, I was unexpectedly charged $216 on 12/01/2026 for an annual subscription without my consent. I only discovered this charge on 13/01/2026 while checking my credit card statement. Upon noticing the charge, I contacted the support team for a cancellation and refund, but they stated that a refund was impossible since my complaint came after the billing. This feels extremely unfair, especially since their own records show I did not use the service post-trial. I am requesting a full refund of the $216 charged and the cancellation of any future renewals for this subscription.
