I had a terrible experience with Prezi. They charged me for a yearly subscription without sending any reminder or notification before renewal, even though their own support articles claim that customers are notified by email. I checked my inbox and spam folder carefully – nothing was received.When I contacted support, they simply hid behind their “no refund” policy instead of taking responsibility for the lack of communication. This feels dishonest and unfair.It’s not just me – many other customers on BBB and Trustpilot reported the same issue. Prezi clearly relies on people forgetting about auto-renewals instead of practicing transparent business.This is the worst kind of customer experience: no transparency, no accountability, and no respect for customers. I do not recommend Prezi to anyone. Stay away unless you are ready to be charged without warning and refused a refund.
