I am writing to express my alarm about an unauthorized annual fee and the refusal to issue a refund despite my lack of usage after the trial. My trial began on 25/12/2025, and I did not use the service afterward. Yet, I was unexpectedly charged $216 on 12/01/2026 without consent. I contacted support for a cancellation and refund, but they informed me that a refund was not possible since my complaint came after the charge. This seems deeply unjust, especially with evidence of my inactivity. I request a full refund and cancellation of any future renewals.
