Shout out to Rita and Sherly from Prezzee. I had purchased a Prezzee card through AfterPay with the intention of using it at a marketed supplier, however due to the restrictions of AfterPay, it couldn't be used there specifically. I spoke with a staff member of Prezzee and they helped me look into a refund as I was unhappy about the un mentioned restriction that I was only advised about after the purchase. They made sure the card was cancelled and and that I would be refunded by AfterPay. Only 5 mins after talking with them I received confirmation from AfterPay that the refund was successful. I am very grateful for this as it would have been $500.00 down the drain otherwise.
