The customer care team has been fantastic to work with. Their understanding and communication to achieve the desired outcome were outstanding, with regular updates. After using the card to buy a gift card for a restaurant service, I discovered that none of the associated locations in my city accepted their own gift card. The company promptly refunded the gift card amount back to my wallet, allowing us to use it for another purpose.

Consistent Issues with Gift Card Usage

I have encountered problems with two gift cards that consistently have issues at the supermarket. Each time, when trying to transfer the card to the platform via my digital wallet, the code fails to scan correctly at checkout. It takes considerable time for the staff to get it to work with their barcode system. Although they eventually managed to resolve it, there was one occasion where it didn’t work at all, resulting in a loss of $30.
