This company is a complete disgrace. My flight was cancelled, and it has now been 14 WEEKS with no refund and no real response. That is not a delay — that is outright negligence.They ignore phone calls, give empty promises, and the agent who took my money is never available and never returns calls. There is zero communication, zero responsibility, and zero customer service. I am being completely ignored after they already took my money.I have spent weeks chasing this company for something that should have been handled automatically. This experience has been stressful, infuriating, and completely unacceptable. If you value your time or your money, DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AGENCY. Once there is a problem, they disappear.
