This service is utterly disappointing. My flight was cancelled, and it has now been 14 WEEKS with no refund and no genuine response. This is not just a delay — it reflects sheer negligence. They ignore calls, make empty promises, and the representative who processed my payment is never available and does not return calls. There is a complete lack of communication, accountability, and customer support. I am being completely disregarded after they took my payment. I have spent weeks pursuing this service for something that should have been resolved automatically. This experience has been stressful, frustrating, and entirely unacceptable. If you value your time or money, AVOID THIS AGENCY. Once an issue arises, they vanish.
