Booked through skyscanner and they charged my credit card twice which was probably an honest mistake as we did it over the phone. However the process to get it refunded was a nightmare. After 3 weeks, it wasn’t refunded. Sent numerous emails to booking, customer care, info etc (all emails address in their website basically) and received zero response. Phone calls weren’t returned. After sending message via Facebook messenger and a warning to report them to ACCC, then I got replied and refunded. Really??? It doesn’t have to be that hard and frustrating experience. So stay away from this agent.
