I’ve had a really disappointing experience. Canceling my trial has been a nightmare; after multiple chats and even a screen share, my calendar is still stuck with settings I can’t change. There’s no phone contact, the website feels outdated, there’s no proper app, and for the high cost, the service just doesn’t deliver value.
