This is scam! Don't trust this platform! I had an onboarding call and set up all my listings on this platform. Hours of work! Just to learn that it will disregard the maximum that i put in the price range and will put a crazy high price for all my listings. We stopped receiving bookings! ZERO new booking and the next two weeks of the calendar are empty. Wasn't it suppose to be smart and decrease prices because of zero occupancy in the next two weeks? When i descreased prices manually, it took 30 minutes to sync even though i pressed sync now. When i cchecked, the prices didnt change at all! Even though it says the prices were updated 2 minutes ago.
Also, i put mark ups for booking com and airbnb and they are not reflected at all! The support is completely useless! Dont waste your money and time with them. These people are scammers. They deliver zero promises. Its all marketing. You will loose money because of them. Shame on Price Labs!
I’ve had a really disappointing experience. Canceling my trial has been a nightmare; after multiple chats and even a screen share, my calendar is still stuck with settings I can’t change. On top of that, when we tried to integrate via API, we waited days with no response, no timeframe, and no real support despite raising tickets. There’s no phone contact, the website feels outdated, there’s no proper app, and for the high cost, the service just doesn’t deliver value. After months of trying, I can honestly say it’s been more stress than benefit.
We've been using Pricelabs over 3 years (with Ownerrez, Lodgify and Cloudbeds). It has endless features. May be overwhelming for the beginner but once you get a grab, the customizations are nearly endless. Especially if you're feeding prices to multiple PMS or OTAs, it is even greater. It is so easy to automate orphan day discounts, occupancy based rate adjustments, changing the rates on the calendar. Kuddos to support, you've got someone responding in less than a few hours in most cases. Documentation is great, if you read through those, you wouldn't even need suport.

The ability to set floor and ceiling rates and adjust for booking pace gives us real control, and the integration with OTAs works smoothly most of the time.Support has been responsive and helpful, and the regular updates show the team is actively improving the platform. If you’re willing to put in the time to configure it properly, PriceLabs is a great tool for revenue management.
I have been with PriceLabs for around two years now. I suppose everything has been working okay so far. We have chosen to proceed with their API through our website. However, we have been waiting for over three days for them to send the relevant information. My dev team and I have been waiting to start the integration.No timeframe has been supplied, no response to emails, multiple tickets have been raised, and there is no contact number. This is very concerning. I guess at least we’ve learned now rather than waiting for something serious to happen. We will now be looking for alternatives!
