After a week of the service trying to reach the rental company for a waiver to process my refund, I was informed that they could not get a response and I essentially felt scammed. In response to my original review, I called the rental office and was asked how long I waited for an answer. I mentioned it was under 5 minutes, and I was told that the service should have had similar ease in contacting them. Then, I was informed that it was all the service's fault. When I inquired if it’s company policy to give away vehicles that are booked and paid for after a one-hour flight delay, the representative, as if scripted, claimed she was receiving too many calls and put me on hold. It feels like this company was established by inexperienced individuals playing at business. I will spare myself the stress and leave whatever consequences may come to this shockingly unprofessional and seemingly fraudulent operation. And shame on the service for being complicit. The worst customer service I’ve encountered. They accepted my payment and gave away my reserved vehicle after my flight was delayed by an hour. I was left stranded at the airport at night and told to call back in the morning, all while being scolded about their call volume and urged to quickly find my confirmation number. No apologies, just attitude and what felt like fraud. If you want to be scammed by a supposedly legitimate company, book with them and expect your attempts to resolve any issues to be ignored.
