The rental was offsite #1. The shuttle took almost an hour to arrive. The agency was a trailer about 7 miles away. About 10 people arrived for rental pickups and only 1 took a car. It wasn't me. They were overcharging by hundreds of dollars for insurance reasons. Never had an issue with legit rental companies before. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT RENT HERE! Save your vacation and go with a reputable agency at the airport. I am extremely disappointed that Expedia.ca partnered with this operation. We booked 7 days for $142.58 CAD, but the final bill was over $1,800 CAD due to predatory tactics and hidden fees.

Upon arrival, I was forced to sign a digital pad. They refused to provide a printed contract when requested, promising to 'email it later.' When I finally received it, my digital signature had been applied to multiple sections.

When we got the car, we found trash from the previous renter under the seats and in the seat pouches—a kid’s pull-up diaper, crayons, wrappers, and a walkie-talkie base station. We cleaned up THEIR mess, yet they charged us a $700 USD cleaning fee for 'sand' on the back mats.

We returned the car at 6:00 AM. We brushed off the front mats, but couldn't unbuckle the middle-row floor mats as the seats need to fold up to access them. In the dark, with only the car's interior lights, we simply couldn't figure out the folding mechanism.
Additionally, their shuttle doesn’t open until 7:00 AM, which forced us to pay $30+ for an Uber to make our flight. Upon landing back home, I received an email stating they charged me a $700 USD cleaning fee for 'sand' on those back mats.

They ignore calls and emails. Shockingly, an Expedia agent admitted they have 'dealt with this company a lot.' If Expedia knows this partner is a source of constant complaints, why are they still listing them?
They refused my valid insurance, claiming they only accept specific policies (a detail not disclosed on Expedia). They forced their own insurance for $40.99/day and $14.99/day under duress.

This company is currently being reported to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Avoid this off-site trap at all costs!

Avoid renting a car from this service. They require a 4000 Euro deposit, and in the end, they find strange reasons to keep your entire deposit. It's best to steer clear of this option.

After a week of the service trying to reach the rental company for a waiver to process my refund, I was informed that they could not get a response and I essentially felt scammed. In response to my original review, I called the rental office and was asked how long I waited for an answer. I mentioned it was under 5 minutes, and I was told that the service should have had similar ease in contacting them. Then, I was informed that it was all the service's fault. When I inquired if it’s company policy to give away vehicles that are booked and paid for after a one-hour flight delay, the representative, as if scripted, claimed she was receiving too many calls and put me on hold. It feels like this company was established by inexperienced individuals playing at business. I will spare myself the stress and leave whatever consequences may come to this shockingly unprofessional and seemingly fraudulent operation. And shame on the service for being complicit. I will never use either again. Original review:
The worst customer service I’ve encountered. They accepted my payment and gave away my reserved vehicle after my flight was delayed by an hour. I was left stranded at the airport at night and told to call back in the morning, all while being scolded about their call volume and urged to quickly find my confirmation number. No apologies, just attitude and what felt like fraud. If you want to be scammed by a supposedly legitimate company, book with them and expect your attempts to resolve any issues to be ignored.

Warning about this airport service

I regret choosing this airport service! The representative informed me of a $400 deposit in addition to the rental fee. Typically, deposits are refunded, but not in this case. It’s been three months, and I’m still trying to get my deposit back. I should have recognized the red flags, as the service was not located with other agencies, had a questionable pick-up process, and I encountered a customer shouting in the office. Avoid this service!

Completely unacceptable experience

Completely unacceptable experience. We paid $1500 for a week. Upon arrival, we were unexpectedly charged an additional $1500 for insurance, despite having already paid for it during booking. Returning the car was a hassle, as no one was present in the office. We waited 30 minutes outside the rental agency for someone to check the car and take us to the airport.

One of the worst rental experiences ever

One of the worst rental experiences ever. Even with a confirmed reservation, we waited over 30 minutes because the car was dirty and not ready. They had to clean it after we arrived. Additionally, the car was given to us with an empty tank, which is unacceptable. The shuttle service was poor, with long waits and the need to take two different shuttles to reach the location. Returning the car was just as problematic, with the office not opening until 9:00 AM. We had to drop off the car early and pay for an Uber, incurring a $45 'early drop-off' fee. Avoid this service for a smoother experience.

Steer clear of this car rental service. The final cost was more than double the original estimate due to over $1,000 in undisclosed charges. These fees were not clearly explained, leaving no way to anticipate the actual price before committing. Other customers were also complaining about similar surprise charges. The car was in poor condition, with a tire pressure warning light coming on shortly after leaving the lot. This shows a complete disregard for customer safety. This company thrives on confusion and hidden fees while providing unsafe vehicles. Rent from anywhere else.

Avoid this service at all costs

Avoid this service at all costs. They advertise low rates, but it’s a bait-and-switch operation. Upon arrival, they refused to accept the insurance I purchased and pressured me into paying an additional $900 in fees. Thankfully, I had another vehicle available, but many travelers may not be so fortunate. This company’s practices are deceptive and unacceptable. Do not use this service.
