Priceline is a nightmare if anything goes wrong.
I booked a hotel back in January for 2 adults and 2 children and even chose a room that clearly fits that setup (double bed and bunkbeds). At check-in, the hotel claimed the reservation was only for 2 adults. Priceline then backed that up, until they finally reviewed the original booking and admitted I was right.
Because of their mistake, I had to pay extra at the hotel. Priceline promised reimbursement.
It’s now been 3 months.
No refund. No accountability. Just the same excuse every time: “wait another 3 days.”
Customer service is rude, dismissive, and completely useless. If nothing goes wrong, you’re fine ,but the moment there’s an issue, you’re on your own.
