I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service provided by Economy Car Rental via priceline. According to the confirmation, my car pickup time was scheduled for 10:00 PM. Upon arrival at 9:15 PM, my wife and I departed the airport at 9:30 PM. Despite multiple attempts to contact Economy Car Rental by phone, there was no response. When we visited the pickup location at 9:40 PM, a representative from another rental company informed us that Economy Car Rental closed at 10:00 PM. After taking an Uber to our accommodation, I continued to call Economy Car Rental and eventually spoke with a live agent the following day. I then visited their office, where I waited in line for an extended period. The vehicle provided had damage to the left side door, necessitating a return to the office. Subsequently, I was charged $756 for a rental that was initially priced at $165. The agent instructed me to return the car at 2:00 AM; however, upon arrival, the location was closed. After an extensive search for the 24-hour drop-off location mentioned on the voicemail, which proved futile, I returned to the office and found an attendant. Ultimately, I had to take an Uber back to the airport.
Priceline sold my booking to another vendor. I guess they do this all the time.
I booked a hotel in Orlando through Priceline. When I went to the hotel I believed I had booked and paid for, the hotel informed me that they could see my booking request from the vendor but that they never accepted it. They also stated that Priceline requested they find me another hotel and that was not their job. I agree... if they didnt accept the booking, its not their job.
I called Priceline and they placed me on hold for 22 minutes while they tried to figure it out. They did not give me another hotel somewhere else or a refund. I had to find another place to stay on my own and everything was sold out. I ended up staying in an airbnb far from where I needed to be for double the price.
Needless to say I want a refund. I am still waiting for that refund. Its been 10 days.
This is not a reliable Site to Book any hotel rooms. You will be disappointed and overcharged.

Terrible service. Avoid them at all costs. Refused to change/refund a flight, which was needed due to a medical emergency. Purchased trip protection when booking which does nothing but add an extra fee apparently.
Hiding behind Guestreservations.com, this dirtbag company suddenly finds a non-refundable clause when you need to cancel. No word of it prior........Uses AI crap to blow you off. They actually pretend to be the hotel you are trying to book and then blame the hotel........Bottom of the barrel.....scum.
I did the express flight option. They said leaves midday, not longer than 3 hours in between flights, never arrives the next day. They booked me for a 3 hour flight and a 5 hour flight, arriving at 11:59pm. I undestand that this is not strictly a scam, but anyone considering this beware - they catch you with the flights themselves. I will be on an airplane for 8 hours and in transit for 10 for a flight that is normally 2.5. They said this was cut down from a price fare that was double the other 7-8 hour day flights - by indicating the higher price, and not mentioning the flight times, it was an amazing way of sleight of hand - I will never use Priceline again, and I think everyone considering using the Express service should be aware that there is no way in which this is the 'deal' they propose - go with the other options, because Priceline will screw you.
I rented a car through Priceline; it was a cheap offer. I'm a Priceline Platinum VIP member. The rental company was in Miami, FL. When I arrived, they forcibly wanted to charge me a significant extra amount and said they would not give me the car unless I paid more. And guess what? I called Priceline customer service, and they simply said they could not do anything!!!!
Rented room through Priceline . Priceline took money as soon as I reserved .. when I got to room it was horrible.. So I did not stay .. I slept in car .. when I contacted Priceline about it. They refuse to give me refund even though they confirmed with Suburban lodge that I did not stay there
I arrived at my hotel and they couldn't find my booking. I called Priceline for and they contacted the manager and said they would refund the reservation the next business day. I didn't receive the refund and called again 3 more times. Each time the person said that I would get a call back and they never did. Also, they didn't have any notes documented until my 3rd call. I called and spoke with Joseph...a supervisor on the 2nd call and he said he would call me back in 40 minutes. No Call. I spent about 2 hours on the phone and on hold on this issue.
Awful. Don’t use. Provides less protection than booking directly with a resort. Middle man collecting a fee. Had a terrible experience with customer support across multiple phone calls. Please for your families sake, do not book travel with this website.
