First time order plants fromThis company! Really disappointed 1: they used the delivery company they literally left the parcel on the road outside our drive way entrance! Not even any any notice regarding arrival! 2: I ordered 3 plants; 1 its perfect, 2 is ok & the third one 180 degree not match the photo they show, it’s string plant, I think only less than hand full strings attached on the soil, many dead leafs in the packing plastic bag.Customer service reacted quick and refund the item for me. Appreciated their effort
