Ordered 9 lovely L'il Prickle plants, all different.
Arrived next day, which was awesome :)
Unfortunately they'd been given a rough ride in transit and a few arrive damaged.
Sent pics to Customer Services. Who swiftly arranged replacements. ( Thanks Ryan)
All have been watered and repotted and are settling in happily
Each plant is beautiful...love them all and will be buying more.
Called my sister to rave about the "new" company I'd found and she says "Oooh, I love prickle plants...their plants are always perfect!!"
These little plants are great and so well packaged. Been looking for little plants for ages and was delighted with my mini Chinese money plant. The only thing is that they use Evri to deliver and so far everything I’ve received from this courier has been damaged. Would absolutely recommend Prickle though.
First time order plants fromThis company! Really disappointed 1: they used the delivery company they literally left the parcel on the road outside our drive way entrance! Not even any any notice regarding arrival! 2: I ordered 3 plants; 1 its perfect, 2 is ok & the third one 180 degree not match the photo they show, it’s string plant, I think only less than hand full strings attached on the soil, many dead leafs in the packing plastic bag.Customer service reacted quick and refund the item for me. Appreciated their effort
I love a challenge. Bought the bundle of houseplants that are reputably unkillable. I am the exception. I treat my plants( aspidisters ) like my babies to no avail. My friends take no care of their plants ,yet with total neglect they not only thrive but grow too My trio of beautiful healthy looking plants are being nurtured by me as per advice from Pickle and I'm quite optimistic to become an indoor gardener. Watch this space

I placed my first order with this company for a pretty pricey Yucca plant. I am absolutely appalled to receive an email saying that my Gardeners Dream Ltd order is on the way. I would never have ordered here had I known the had anything to do with this Gardeners Dream, I have had nothing but negative experiences with them, their plants have pests and are terrible quality. I have just messaged the company but it's probably too late to cancel my order now. I will be returning it though, I am furious that this wasn't made clear on the website. Absolute Scammers
