ZERO STARS. I was quoted and had agreed on enclosed transport with multiple verbal assurances for a next day pick-up. The next day the price tripled to $3600 for enclosed transport and pick up was in 5-6 business days. Only open transport was available for this day at higher than the original closed transport price and with 1/4th of the promised insurance coverage. I agreed to avoid losing part of my deposit and with Jennifer guarantying same day pick up (she assured multiple times of this). No driver showed up, a call from a manager as requested was not received.
To add insult and calling to question the security of the company's communication/dispatch system, a random tow truck showed up to pick up my vehicle with hopes of stealing it (or did Pride Car Shipping send the tow truck themselves ?????)
