I scheduled my appointment online for December 21, 2025, on December 3 and received a confirmation. Just two days later, I got a call from the service asking the same questions I'd already answered, and my appointment was confirmed again by their staff. On December 18, I unexpectedly received a call informing me that, due to sudden unavailability, my appointment was cancelled. They provided alternative dates, but none were feasible due to the short notice. The representative told me I could reschedule in the new year. I was really looking forward to this appointment as I'm experiencing significant discomfort and hoped to find answers. Its cancellation has been incredibly disappointing. I don't understand why they confirm bookings multiple times if they can end up being cancelled and the slot given to someone else.
