Pride Hearing was my first choice as I knew I wouldn’t get into my GP’s surgery for an emergency ear wax removal. I was lucky enough to get a cancellation after calling them in the morning. They called me back with a cancellation and booked me in asap. The consent paperwork was clear and easy to sign and send back before my appointment. Upon arrival there was plenty of parking space and a very clean and welcoming reception and waiting area. Tea, coffee and water are offered whilst you wait.
The consultation before the removal was very clear, photos before and after were brilliant. The process it’s self was painless and didn’t bother me at all. I couldn’t believe what came out. Having suffered with water behind my ear drums in the past I was at first hesitant, suction was used in both ears and was 100% successful in removing two rather large pieces of wax. The relief was instant and I could hear perfectly. I received 3 vouchers for money off the treatment which I could use straight away and I also bought some aftercare spray. Honestly, I will choose Pride Hearing every time over any GP surgery or high street specialist. I would highly recommend Pride Hearing. You don’t need to suffer or feel embarrassed, just go and get your ears looked at by a brilliant company.

I scheduled an appointment online for December 21, 2025, on December 3, and received a confirmation. Just two days later, I got a call from the service asking the same questions I had already answered online, and my appointment was confirmed once more by their employee. On December 18, I unexpectedly received another call saying that my appointment had been cancelled due to a sudden lack of availability. They offered alternative dates, but none were suitable given the short notice. The representative mentioned that I could schedule a new appointment in the new year. I was eagerly anticipating this appointment, as I'm currently experiencing significant discomfort and was hoping for some answers. This appointment was crucial for me, and its cancellation has left me extremely disappointed. I don’t understand why they confirm a booking multiple times if it can ultimately be cancelled and the time slot is given to someone else.

I don't understand why they confirm bookings multiple times if they can end up being cancelled and the slot given to someone else.
I’m profoundly deaf in one ear and have issues with my other ear. I contacted this service, and they assured me that hearing aids would greatly improve my situation. Despite my doubts, they sold me one. They claimed a 30-day money-back guarantee, but when I called, no one answered. They said the manager would call me back, but that never happened. Given my medical situation, I cannot recommend them.
I received friendly and helpful communication from the booking process to the conclusion of my aunt's appointment. She has dementia, and I had numerous questions to ensure a smooth visit. All inquiries were answered with expertise, and they assured me that everything would be done to make our visit enjoyable, which it was. A special mention to the receptionist and the staff member who conducted the procedure on December 5, 2025; both were warm and welcoming. We will definitely return next time.
Following a home hearing test on May 27, 2025, the Audiologist recommended specific hearing aids for my hearing loss. On June 2, 2025, another staff member visited to fit them. Both individuals were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. I had a follow-up appointment with another staff member who also addressed my questions with professionalism. I later contacted the service for wax filters and received friendly and efficient assistance. Great job, everyone!
