Unsatisfactory Customer Service

I ordered during a Black Friday deal, only to find that unwanted items were added automatically. When I contacted customer service to cancel, they claimed it had already shipped and would assist with the return afterwards. This lack of respect for customers is unacceptable. I will incur costs returning the glasses, and I intend to share my experience further.
