Unsatisfactory Customer Service

When I contacted customer service to cancel, they claimed it had already shipped and would assist with the return afterwards. This lack of respect for customers is unacceptable. Extra Charge and Poor Quality

The company charged an extra £25 from my account. After 13 days, the glasses arrived and were of very poor quality, looking like I was viewing through frosted lenses. They are flimsy and not worth the money.

Regret Not Reading Reviews

Cheap Quality Glasses

The glasses look very cheap. They claim to work for both long and short distances, but it’s a joke. I've seen better quality in £1 shops. I'm still trying to get a refund of £29, so please be cautious.
