I wouldn't call it a scam but for around 60 quid I expect better service and a better quality product than I received yesterday. Please read the other reviews here at Trustpilot to see full details. I wish that I had first instead of being taken in by sales talk. There are absolutely no good reviews at Trustpilot as Primafocus publish on their website. This makes them look like complete liars which of course they are. I have bombarded them with complaints to email addresses that actually exist but if you just send an email to info or hello-at-getprimafocus-dot-com (sorry not allowed to publish email addresses here) which they are currently using to send replies, it will probably be returned as a non existent address. They seem to operate from UAB Commercecore, Savanorių pr. 363, Kaunas, Lithuania which is an address advertised on their website but I wouldn't trust that. If I was able to give a zero star review, I certainly would as this firm use questionable practices and should not be trusted.Use the support email address to contact them.
