I ordered a home gym package worth £3000 and scheduled delivery two weeks in advance to coordinate with contractors for assembly. I received a confirmation email but on the delivery day, there was complete silence. After calling, I learned the courier wouldn't deliver without explanation... I'm still waiting for a callback to reschedule. This is unacceptable, especially since I prepaid contractors to assemble the equipment on a specific date.
