I haven’t taken delivery of my product yet BUT, so far the customer service has been excellent. Firstly, one of my orders was suggesting delivery in 3 weeks but this got pushed back to 8 weeks. When I called to enquire I was connected to a customer service agent within 60 seconds they said not to worry and the item would be despatched within the week. When I called in the day of delivery I was again connected with someone within 60 seconds who confirmed delivery is scheduled for today.So far so very good!
