I knew 4 years ago post the pandemic Primal Strength had great customer service in helping us build our home gym. We’ve moved since that time and have expanded our home gym. Shout out to Ali Tamman for getting us sorted with the right flooring to match our old one. Took under a week to sort, purchase and setup delivery. Quality of service has not dropped. Primal still maintains consistency!
