If I could, I would rate this experience with zero stars. I placed an order on December 27th but received no confirmation email. It was scheduled for delivery on December 30th, and the last update I got was a text saying it was on its way to the store. Since then, I've heard nothing. I reached out to customer service on January 5th for an update, but all I keep hearing is that they are actively investigating the matter. I've requested a refund three times and have been completely ignored.
