Unfortunately I lost a shopping receipt. I juat wanted to trade size of an item, it was returned in sellable condition with the original tags. Staff were dismissive and not open to an agreement. I wasn't requesting any money out of the business just a material trade of size. There was also no form of customer care via their online chat portal. This negative experience means that myself and my family will be taking our business to online retailers of offer a similar service. It is very disappointing when you try to support the highstreet and do not get treated fairly as other retailers would.
I feel for its value and compering to other high street shops out there primark is a all round brilliant place for value . And price ! I was shocked to be fair at its low reviews.

This order for my partners 7 years old grandson was paid for, Click and Collect on 24th January 2026, collection from Stratford, London in 2 days. It is nowhere to be found, emails to their CEO E Tonge first said the order number, featured on THEIR emailed replies was wrong, then the parcel was 'En route' then 'delayed due to issues'. After 8 days, when they said that they would investigate 'in due course' I have asked to cancel and get a refund into my MasterCard. Primark say that I have to first collect the item THEN ask for it to be refunded. It is lost, they must be really desperate for my £14.00.

I would rate this service with zero stars if I could. I placed an order on December 27th with no confirmation email. It was supposed to be delivered by December 30th, but the only update was a text saying it was on its way to the store. I've heard nothing since then. I reached out to customer support on January 5th for an update, and I keep being told that they are looking into the issue. I've requested a refund three times and have been completely ignored.
Regrettably, I'm back to discuss the same store in the city center. I needed to return an item without a receipt and was kindly directed to speak with a manager. My interaction with the alleged team manager was anything but pleasant. To summarize, her demeanor was unhelpful, inconsiderate, and lacking in knowledge about procedures, providing incorrect advice and showing no focus on customer service. After leaving the cash desk area to contact customer service online, I witnessed her treating another customer poorly, all within earshot of others. Such behavior is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

I would give a zero if I could. After paying for my items, the card machine confirmed the transaction, and my banking app showed the money had been deducted. However, I received no receipt and was told I would need to pay again, with the first payment supposedly returning to my bank in five working days, which they blamed on the bank. This situation became extremely intimidating with multiple managers and staff involved. I will never shop here again, and it's clear that management needs better training in customer service.
I brought in some Christmas gifts to the local branch today for an exchange. The pajamas were the wrong size, and the wraps were the wrong color, but I was met with a flat refusal to assist me without a receipt. Now I am left with pajamas that don’t fit and a wrap I can’t wear. Very unhelpful. Always keep your receipts, even for gifts. I won’t be shopping here again.
I placed an order on December 30th, 2025. I received an email on January 2nd stating that my order was dispatched and ready for collection on January 3rd. However, on the 3rd, I got another email saying they couldn't send my order due to an issue on their end. Was it sent or not? This seems to be a common issue. I will not be using this service again.
