I would give a zero if I could. After paying for my items, the card machine confirmed the transaction, and my banking app showed the money had been deducted. However, I received no receipt and was told I would need to pay again, with the first payment supposedly returning to my bank in five working days, which they blamed on the bank. This situation became extremely intimidating with multiple managers and staff involved. I will never shop here again, and it's clear that management needs better training in customer service.
