I was in the Bletchley store yesterday and the first floor tills were closed, no information about where to go pay, groups of staff standing chatting about their day, the store lighting and what they were doing on the weekend. I found my way to the ground floor to pay and see a horrendously long queue with just 4 tills open of the 15 that were there. 20 minutes in a queue to buy some tights while again multiple staff members walked passed. Then as the queue had exceeded the length of the queueing area a man (manager?) came over and directed people to stand in a different direction so as not to block the one worker who appeared to be working and then he strode off! No opening more tills despite the queue getting ever longer, customers treated as an inconvenience terrible way to run a retail business.
