Complete scam. I attempted to cancel my order within an hour of placing it. Phone calls went straight to voicemail. I received messages stating the order was already processed and could not be stopped, despite this being within their stated timeframe. After 2 months of bogus deliveries, they are still refusing to issue a refund and now want to charge me for redelivery. It's a total joke and a scam. I would have rated zero if possible.
