Completely disappointing and a waste of money. In just 15 minutes, it was utterly destroyed. We have a small dog, and there are much tougher toys available for a fraction of the cost. The fluff scattered throughout the house is incredibly frustrating. I spent half an hour cleaning up this mess. It's certainly not indestructible!

Not a UK-based business. The items I ordered for my elderly dog took over 3 weeks to arrive, and during that time, my dog passed away. When I requested a full refund today, I was offered a 40% refund and the option to keep the items. Why would I want them now that my dog is gone? The cost to return the items to another country is more than half their price. I wish I had checked reviews before making this purchase - a lesson learned.
Complete scam. I attempted to cancel my order within an hour of placing it. Phone calls went straight to voicemail. I received messages stating the order was already processed and could not be stopped, despite this being within their stated timeframe. After 2 months of bogus deliveries, they are still refusing to issue a refund and now want to charge me for redelivery. It's a total joke and a scam. I would have rated zero if possible.
Be cautious; this is not a legitimate business. They are violating consumer laws. I requested to return an item less than 48 hours after receiving it but was offered a 40% refund if I kept it. I wanted a full refund, but then they sent me a misleading returns policy that wasn't listed on the site, expecting me to pay to return it to another country. Online retailers must make their return policies clear, especially for distance sales. I will be contacting consumer protection. Please avoid this site! Update: I managed to get a partial refund as a goodwill gesture.
