I fell for their advertising and ordered a Christmas jumper but received a low-quality T-shirt instead. I was very disappointed and returned it, hoping for a partial refund. However, the return was held up at customs, and I was told to cover the customs fee to get my refund. I regret both the purchase and the return shipping costs. In total, I've lost £36 plus £16. Someone needs to put an end to these scams. I'll always check reviews before making future purchases.
