Please steer clear of making any purchases. The return policy is ineffective and based in another country. We sent items back at a cost of £26 for shipping and have not received any refund. The support team seems to be playing games, sending the same emails repeatedly. We've ended up paying double for international shipping and received nothing in return. During Cyber Week, this company advertised a fluffy-looking 3D Christmas jumper, marked down from 99 euros to 49 euros. What I received was a thin nylon top with crooked seams. Their advertising is misleading; it's best to steer clear. I wonder if they’re connected to another deceptive seller I encountered months ago. Trickery and unfair trading abound.

This company is misleading, shipping products from overseas. Sizes are ridiculously inaccurate. I ordered based on reviews, but when I inquired before shipping, a representative assured me of European sizing. The sleeves barely reach my forearm, and the top is far too short for the size.
