I was promised a full refund for my trip to Paris if the flights didn’t fit my schedule. I booked through a platform and received flight options from another service that didn’t work for me. When I requested a cancellation, I was informed that they wouldn’t allow it and only offered a night in London or to transfer the holiday to someone else. I was directed back to the platform, which insisted that the service should handle it. They stated that I would be bound by their terms only after confirming flights and hotels, which I have not done. I do not wish to confirm as the flight options do not suit me, and I was not informed of these times before payment. Since there’s been no confirmation, I believe I am entitled to a full refund. This deal has been misrepresented completely. I want to cancel and receive my money back. I have no flight or hotel information and worked hard for this money to surprise my partner, and this company has ruined it. STEER CLEAR!
