Scammed out of the holiday cost and more. They took the £1000 cost of holiday and when we cancelled the said they would refund but took another £2000 instead … total scam DON NOT USE - report to police
Do not book. This company is a scam. They fraudulently redeem vouchers without your permission, tell you you'll get a refund and do not fulfill their word. They stop all contact and just hope you drop the matter and take your money. You have been warned.
SCAM Paid over £2k for a holiday voucher via Wowcher.
Purchased travel voucher for 5 star Atlantica hotel in Rhodes. In order to get flight/hotel confirmation had to redeem voucher only to be told that hotel is not available and offered 2 other options that have awful reviews and half the facilities more like 3 star. We have paid over £2000! Prime holidays have said cannot refund as redeemed voucher and no response from Wowcher!! To get any details regarding flight/hotel confirmation I had to redeem my voucher only for Prime Holidays to say that hotel is not available and have offered me 2x alternatives that are more like 3 star with limited facilities and bad reviews!! I have tried contacting Wowcher for a refund but because we redeemed it they have refused a refund. There was no other way of finding out about the holiday until redeeming!!! Prime Holidays won’t refund!! That holiday doesn’t exist it is false advertising!! Do not buy a holiday voucher!!!!! Order number 51104696 I will be contacting the FSA Ombudsman!!!
I booked a 2-day getaway to a city for my partner's surprise birthday, but I haven’t even gone yet. After a few days, I was informed that the holiday price had gone up, and I requested a refund. They attempted to change our flights, which would have left us with less than a day in the city instead of the two we paid for, and this was not mentioned in any terms. Their terms state that refunds cannot be processed after a certain time, but I requested mine just days after booking. After multiple calls with the support team, my calls were cut off, and I was told to forget about the refund and the vouchers. This has been the worst customer service experience, with inadequate holiday advisors. I rate this travel service 0/10 and would not recommend it to anyone. I plan to share my experience on social media and seek further action.
I was promised a full refund for my trip to Paris if the flights didn’t fit my schedule. I booked through a platform and received flight options from another service that didn’t work for me. When I requested a cancellation, I was informed that they wouldn’t allow it and only offered a night in London or to transfer the holiday to someone else. I was directed back to the platform, which insisted that the service should handle it. They stated that I would be bound by their terms only after confirming flights and hotels, which I have not done. I do not wish to confirm as the flight options do not suit me, and I was not informed of these times before payment. Since there’s been no confirmation, I believe I am entitled to a full refund. This deal has been misrepresented completely. I want to cancel and receive my money back. I have no flight or hotel information and worked hard for this money to surprise my partner, and this company has ruined it. STEER CLEAR!
This company is a scam. They took money from my son, who saved for months. They assured him he could get a refund if the flights didn’t work. After booking awful flights to Paris, he requested a refund but was refused and offered a night in London instead. They blamed the platform, but that service told us to contact the company directly. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
