I booked a 2-day getaway to a city for my partner's surprise birthday, but I haven’t even gone yet. After a few days, I was informed that the holiday price had gone up, and I requested a refund. They attempted to change our flights, which would have left us with less than a day in the city instead of the two we paid for, and this was not mentioned in any terms. Their terms state that refunds cannot be processed after a certain time, but I requested mine just days after booking. After multiple calls with the support team, my calls were cut off, and I was told to forget about the refund and the vouchers. This has been the worst customer service experience, with inadequate holiday advisors. I rate this travel service 0/10 and would not recommend it to anyone. I plan to share my experience on social media and seek further action.
