Prime Holidays BIGGEST SCAMMERS DO NOT BOOK!!!!!
So a booking was made for 2 day trip to Venice for £51 per person we purchased 2 vouchers each for two people. We also brought the protect my voucher which allows you to have a refund until 7 days before expiry it was brought just incase of emergencies just for the protection. It was all booked and paid for thinking great ready to go the next morning we get a WhatsApp message stating those dates are no longer available and we could pick another date for an extra fee which made no sense because I went back to check and the same date is still been sold to this day. We kindly declined as it would not work with work commitments children etc so we would like a refund as this is not a error on our behalf and when some one books a trip they usually juggle things in there life to be able to commit to a certain date and it’s been less than 24 hours. Now this is where the circus begins back and forth with Wowcher and prime holidays they are an absolute joke not communicating stalling and stating no refund will be given please bare in mind we purchased the protect my voucher to keep it safe if we needed to cancel the holiday they are lying saying it’s redeemed how possible could it be redeemed if the date is no longer available another lie because the be checked now and your still selling that date to scam more people. No refund in sight legal proceedings have begun as they can’t get away with this. Please log this scam with the police contact your banks also the power of social media use all the tools available.
