I've just completed My Course at Kings Norton Branch with Laura who was so welcoming and made me feel instantly at ease. Her knowledge and teaching are superb and she takes time to explain and answer our questions. The class size was small so we got lots of opportunities to carry out the practical side of the treatments and I felt reassured by Laura & My other class mates.
