I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Prime Academy.
I booked a training course on a finance option more than a month in advance. Shortly after, I found a much more suitable training provider just five minutes from my home, which would save me around four hours of daily travel while working full time. Given the circumstances, I contacted Prime Academy to see if they could offer any flexibility.
While I understand that refunds may not be possible, what I found completely unacceptable was their unwillingness to offer any alternative solution—such as transferring me to a different course. The staff were rude, dismissive, and showed no willingness to help. There was a complete lack of professionalism and basic customer care.
As a result, I am now forced to lose £230 for a course I won’t be attending, while they can easily fill the spot with someone else. This feels unfair and entirely avoidable with even minimal customer support.
I have never experienced such poor service in the beauty industry. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking with this provider.

I had the tear trough filler treatment here despite being warned by other aestheticians not to have the procedure done because of the risks involved and the procedure being ineffective quite often. Im so glad I went ahead with it. I initially chose premier aesthetics due to being very reasonably priced great reviews online booking options and pay monthly plans. With them being a successful training academy I thought they would have extensive experience in asthetics. What I found was when having my procedure done was much more than I could have imagined. The lady who did the procedure was professional informative easygoing made me feel calm and comfortable she was gentle with her hands but quick and efficient obviously was confident in her work and very experienced. And the results were amazing making a huge difference to my appearance without any bruising or swelling at all not even any signs of having had injections in that area of my face I’m so happy with everything and would highly recommended this place to those wishing to have aesthetic procedures.
I've just completed My Course at Kings Norton Branch with Laura who was so welcoming and made me feel instantly at ease. Her knowledge and teaching are superb and she takes time to explain and answer our questions. The class size was small so we got lots of opportunities to carry out the practical side of the treatments and I felt reassured by Laura & My other class mates. I definitely will be returning for further trainings and would recommend this Academy to anyone. Thank You Laura.
I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. Everyone, especially tutors, was so lovely and welcoming. The environment was positive, supportive and I gained the best learning experience ever. I truly appreciate the care and attention I received, highly recommend
My husband & I (both medical) attended the skin boosters & polynucleotides course with Petra and we were really impressed with her knowledge! She was so helpful and answered all of my random questions. Had plenty of models to practice on too in the afternoon. Great academy, would definitely be back to learn more!
Love this academy. Laura the manager and trainer is such a welcoming, professional and friendly person. She practically runs the academy with such effortless flair and knowledge. Also Sally- another trainer- wonderful too. I had a new trainer do my Botox a couple of weeks ago- I was feeling quite emotional that day, she held my hand as I found my skin to be sensitive- and she was so warm, friendly and professional.It's the people that make a business!!See you soon S x
This is my second time at this company I have to say they our amazing at there work and there training too they listen to you and advise you the best thing for you. Am so happy with the work they have done on me today so naturally. The girls our so professional at there job. So glad I have found a place i can trust.
