I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Prime Academy.
I booked a training course on a finance option more than a month in advance. Shortly after, I found a much more suitable training provider just five minutes from my home, which would save me around four hours of daily travel while working full time. Given the circumstances, I contacted Prime Academy to see if they could offer any flexibility.
While I understand that refunds may not be possible, what I found completely unacceptable was their unwillingness to offer any alternative solution—such as transferring me to a different course. The staff were rude, dismissive, and showed no willingness to help. There was a complete lack of professionalism and basic customer care.
As a result, I am now forced to lose £230 for a course I won’t be attending, while they can easily fill the spot with someone else. This feels unfair and entirely avoidable with even minimal customer support.
I have never experienced such poor service in the beauty industry. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking with this provider.
