I have been ordering for several years cartridges (Moustache) for my printer Canon without any problem. The last order had disappeared. I called saying I still hadn't received it, but they showed me it had been delivered (someone must have stolen it).They sent me back my order without any discussion.Shortly afterwards, I contacted Canon to help me solve a printer problem. They just told me that I had to use Canon cartridges, that the problem was due to the ink.So I contacted Shopper+. The customer service agent was very helpful. I sent him an e-mail with the details of the problem and he forwarded it to the product support team. After a brief cordial exchange and advice on cleaning, the problem was solved.
