I shopped a few thousands worth of products from shoppers plus and their associated brand called primecables for the past few years. Gotta give it to them, they have a very smart marketing strategy. There is for example a dynamic discount system where it shows different prices to different users at a time and encourages you to become a member and shop more in order to meet their free shipping and such. It's quite sinister when you think about it and here is why. It's kind of an online dollar store except they carry way cheaper products most of the time while more expansive than a local dollar store.Now they do have some products that work but are significantly cheaper than other online stores such as amazon or aliexpress and you cannot really tell that until you get to use the product. Examples are some cables, kitchen accessories and such. The support is almost non-existent. Good luck returning something that is not up to the quality you expect. They'll take their time to reply to your request and ask you to record videos and take pictures and then not accept the return.
